These terms govern the Psychic's Choice Lead Alerts text messaging program, operated by ChileJam Productions in Flower Mound, Texas. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you accept these terms.
01Program name
Psychic's Choice Lead Alerts.
02Program description
Psychic's Choice manages Facebook and Instagram advertising for professional readers. This program sends text messages to our advertising clients about activity on their own accounts.
- Lead notifications. When a consumer responds to your advertisement, we text you that person's name, phone number, and the answers they gave on your form, so you can follow up.
- Buyer confirmation. We text you to ask whether a previous lead became a paying customer. You reply to confirm.
- Service messages. Occasional messages about your account or your campaigns.
Messages are sent from +1 (772) 732-2400. This program does not send marketing messages, and it does not send messages to consumers.
03How you enroll
You are enrolled when you sign up for ad management with Psychic's Choice and ask, in writing or by text, that leads generated by your advertising be delivered to your mobile number. You provide that number to us directly. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may decline text delivery and still receive service.
04Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on advertising activity on your account. On an active campaign you may receive several messages per day. On a paused campaign you may receive none.
05Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Psychic's Choice does not charge you for text messages. Any charges come from your own mobile carrier under your plan. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan.
06How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message from this program to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You may also contact us using the details in section 09 and we will remove you.
To rejoin later, contact us and ask to be re-enrolled.

08Carriers and delivery
Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Your mobile number and your consent records are never shared or sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for the full statement, including what we collect and how it is used.
10Changes and contact
